Jerusalem – Nabd El-Haya – Caritas Jerusalem Secretary General, Mr. Anton Asfar, and H.E. Jakub Šlosárek, Head of the Representative Office of the Czech Republic in Ramallah, have signed a partnership agreement aimed at supporting the mobile clinic in the town of Taybeh and the Trolley initiative. The goal is to enhance healthcare services provided to marginalized communities in the area.

This initiative is part of the cooperation between Caritas Jerusalem and the Czech Republic, and aims to improve access to healthcare and raise the quality of medical services in areas suffering from insufficient health infrastructure. The step is expected to ease the burden on local residents, particularly in light of escalating economic and humanitarian challenges.

During the signing ceremony, both parties reaffirmed their joint commitment to upholding noble humanitarian values—chief among them the right to health, dignity, and solidarity—expressing hope that this partnership will yield tangible results for those most in need.

At the conclusion of the event, Caritas Jerusalem expressed its deep gratitude to the Czech Republic and the team at the Czech Representative Office in Ramallah for their continued support and trust in Caritas’ humanitarian mission.
